BREAKING: Again, Police Invite Nigeria Labour Congress President Ajaero, Secretary General, Ugboaja Over Alleged Intimidation, Others

The Nigeria Police Force has again invited the President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Comrade Joe Ajaero. 

In addition, the constabulary besides invited the Secretary General of the union, Comrade Emmanuel Ugboaja, for questioning implicit alleged "criminal intimidation, malicious harm to properties and conducts apt to origin breach of nationalist peace".

The constabulary invitation from the Office of the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Force quality Department (FID), Abuja dated August 28, 2024, and signed by the Commissioner of Police (OPS), CP Ibitoye Rufus Alajide, was addressed to Ajaero.

The invitation seen by SaharaReporters connected Friday said that Ajaero’s sanction featured successful investigations the constabulary are conducting into the alleged lawsuit of transgression intimidation, behaviour apt to origin breach of nationalist bid and malicious harm to properties.

Ajaero was earlier invited by the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Intelligence Response Team (IRT), implicit allegations of “criminal conspiracy, coercion financing, treasonable felony, subversion, and cybercrime.”
