Man bags 7 years imprisonment for defiling minor in Kano

The Presiding Justice S .M. Shu’aibu convicted Isa, who resides successful Darmanawa Bayan Gidan Kallo of Tarauni Local Government Area (LGA) of the state, connected a one-count complaint of intersexual exploitation.

He held that the Prosecution Counsel, Abdullahi Babale, proved his lawsuit beyond tenable uncertainty and consequently sentenced the suspect to 7 years without an enactment of fine.

Earlier, the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking successful Persons, NAPTIP, Kano State Command, alleged that the suspect committed the offence astatine Darmanawa Quarters, Tarauni LGA, Kano State connected October 5.

Babale said the suspect allegedly lured his neighbour’s 11-year-old girl into his wife’s country and sexually exploited her.
