Court adjourns suit against Binance executive till May 17

Justice Emeka Nwite of the Federal High Court sitting successful Abuja has adjourned, until May 17, for the continuation of the proceedings of the wealth laundering suit brought against Binance Holdings Limited and 2 of its executives, Tigran Gambaryan and Nadeem Anjarwalla.

At yesterday’s proceedings, counsel to the defendant, Tony Krukrubo, had informed the tribunal that helium was yet to beryllium served the further impervious of evidence.

The tribunal bailiff, however, told the tribunal that efforts made by him to service Gambaryan the documents successful Kuje situation connected April 30 were, however, met with vehement refusal by him.
